Here’s What You Need to Know
As of 1st July, Rhye Media will be officially moving all accounts and invoicing over to Zoho Books, replacing our previous system with Wave App.
The migration has already been completed in the background, and the new system is ready to go. This update brings a few key improvements, and we’re excited to roll it out.
Why the Change?
While Wave App has served us well, Zoho Books offers a range of benefits that align better with the needs of our business—and yours.
Some of the key improvements include:
- Simplified invoicing and client account access
- Integration with online payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal
- More accurate reporting and better document management
- Greater automation for recurring invoices and reminders
Paying Invoices Moving Forward
With Zoho Books, you’ll now have more convenient ways to pay, including:
- Credit card payments via Stripe
- PayPal
- Traditional EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
All new invoices issued from 1st July 2025 onward will be sent through Zoho Books and include secure links to pay directly online if you choose.
Outstanding Wave Invoices
If you have any unpaid invoices issued before 1st July, they’ll still need to be paid as normal using EFT, as those remain part of the previous system.
Once all open Wave invoices are finalised, we’ll fully transition to managing all accounts in Zoho Books.
