The team at Rhye Media suffered the sudden and unexpected loss of a family member last week and as such our grief has prevented us from being able to focus entirely on the jobs at hand. There have also been numerous legal and technical issues to organise, which have proved to be time consuming and mentally and emotionally draining. The timing of this event was made even more unfortunate by the fact that we had just upgraded our servers and were in the process of moving our clients across and providing them with their updated information. If you feel that any of your requests or projects have suffered because of this, please contact us immediately and we will address your concerns as soon as possible.
To those of you who have already updated your DNS or A records - Congratulations! You are now running on our brand new, super-fast, ultra-impressive web server and have made our lives easier by completing this task on your own. We hope that you have noticed a difference in your website's response time; we have already received positive feedback from a few of our clients regarding this upgrade, so feel free to let us know what you think of it.
If you haven't yet made the change, the clock is ticking. At the end of the month the old server will be taken offline, so you need to complete the update now. We've included the server information below, just in case you missed our last post:

Once the transfer of your site has been completed your domain name will need to be updated to point to the new server. If you registered your domain name via another provider (not through Rhye Media) then you will need to ensure your records are updated to the following information:
